Logistics is subject to rapid changes due to the introduction and the establishment of new technologies. In order to keep up with competitors and to use resources more efficiently, logistics and transport professionals need constant continuing education in their field. In order to facilitate the continuous education and development of the logistics and transport professionals the centre has secured Accredited Education Provider status for key professional bodies. These include:

• Chartered Institute for Logistics and Transport (CILT)

• Chartered Institute for Purchasing and Supply (CIPS)

• Operations Management Association for Southern Africa (SAPICS)

• The Centre is also a member of the Supply Chain Council (SCC).
